Billing / Cancellation

If you paid via PAYPAL, you must cancel through them.

  1. Login to your PayPal account.
  2. Go to Profile > More Options.
  3. Go to My Money.
  4. Find My Preapproved Payments and click on Update.
  5. Find the Catalyst Strength recurring payment.
  6. Click Details and cancel the recurring payment.

If you paid via CREDIT CARD, you must login to your Catalyst Strength Dashboard.

  1. Login to your Catalyst Strength account.
  2. Go to your account dashboard (link)
  3. Click on “Subscriptions” on the account dashboard menu
  4. Click on “View” to see the Subscriptions information
  5. User “Actions” click on the button labeled “Cancel”
  6. All done.

If you paid via PAYPAL:

  1. Login to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Profile near the top of the page.
  3. Click My money.
  4. Click Update in the My preapproved payments section.
  5. Click the name of the merchant for the agreement you want to change.
  6. Click Change beside Backup Funding Source in the Funding Source section.
  7. Select the payment method you’d like to use and click Save.

If you paid via CREDIT CARD:

  1. Login to your Catalyst Strength account.
  2. Go to your account dashboard (link)
  3. Click on “Payment methods” on the account dashboard menu
  4. – Optional- Delete old payment information by pressing the “X”
  5. Click “Add payment method” and add your new payment information
  6. All done.

When you cancel your account it will cancel right away. If you wanted to use the rest of your time left on the account, please send us an email and we can do that for you.
